Cancelling your Disney Plus subscription doesn’t have to be a hassle. In just a few easy steps, you can bring your time with the streaming service to an end and move on to enjoy other entertainment options.
Step 1: Log in to Your Account
To begin the process of cancelling your subscription, you’ll need to log into your account on the Disney Plus website. Once there, click the drop-down menu button in the top right corner and select ‘Account Settings’.
Step 2: Select ‘Subscriptions’
On this page, you’ll see several different options for managing your account; one of which is for managing subscriptions. Click this option and then select ‘Manage Subscription’ from the list that appears.
Step 3: Choose ‘Cancel Subscription
Once you’re on this page, you will have two options – ‘Change Payment Method’ or ‘Cancel Subscription’. Since you want to end your membership with Disney Plus; choose the latter option.
Step 4: Fill Out the Cancellation Form & Confirm the Cancellation
You’ll be asked a few questions about why you’re cancelling before being able to confirm the cancellation of your subscription. When finished, click ‘Confirm Cancellation’ at the bottom of the form and complete the process!
